Rising Phoenix (2017)

Led the development of a new business unit based in Trivandrum, India, supporting operations for key clients. The team build included the vetting and hiring process, thorough training and onboarding, and leadership succession planning before I moved to start the Paradigm Innovation Labs. Many members of this group are still thriving as key performers within the Paradigm operations team today, while others have continued to develop their career paths in other areas including the Innovation Labs!
