Paradigm Innovation Labs (2018-Present)

After a 3 years stint managing operations teams, I was tapped by the Paradigm CEO in 2018 to lead the creation of the Paradigm Innovation Labs, Paradigm’s first Product team. Through my time in operations, I had always had one foot over the fence working with Paradigm’s technology development teams, and in 2018 we set out to develop a process around innovation as a product.

Anchored by both internal and external consulting software development projects we grew into a global, multi-faceted product management arm of the company, spanning responsibilities from Platform Development, to Product and Process Automation, Partnerships Management, Quality Assurance and Cybersecurity, Core Information Technology, and Cloud DevOps support.
