I’m the Senior Vice President of Product Innovation at Paradigm Sample, where I started my career in 2014 and have since navigated everything from new team deployments to paradigm-shifting technology (pun intended?), ’Inc. 5000’-recognized growth (2x), and the cultural transformations that come with it.

Since 2018, I’ve been living out my product management dreams, building the Paradigm Innovation Labs reporting directly to the CEO and alongside the Executive Leadership Team. In 2021, we launched PS-DI, a next-gen enterprise sampling platform that’s revolutionized both our internal workflows and the customer experience. Built on Microsoft Azure Cloud with an API-driven backbone, smart automation, and real-time BI dashboards, PS-DI has delivered over 3 million survey completes - and counting - while driving healthy conversion and profitability.
